This morning I had the pleasure of capturing some beautiful images of a mommy to be! The little one’s arrival is very soon - and I can’t wait to meet the addition to the family!

Family on the farm! {Raleigh, NC Family Photographer}
August 16, 2009I met this family Saturday evening for some portraits on the family farm. The littlest member didn’t want much to do with me at first - but she warmed up there at the end and I caught some of those cute dimples.
I love photographing families in places that have a special meaning to them.

August 9, 2009Miss L., Miss A. and I had a blast this morning on the beach. Aren’t they just beautiful? I even made mom sneak in for one or two!!
Even with all the sand, beach sessions are always so much fun!
The “K” family needed some new family portraits - and they thought the beach would be a wonderful backdrop. I think so too. Their son had a blast partaking in some of the pirate activities at the Beaufort Pyrate Invasion. As you can see he got some really cool souveniers!
Facebook Contest {Raleigh Portrait Photographer}
August 4, 2009Well, you know what they say about a good laid plan….If you are a fan of my Facebook page, you probably saw the contest I was running to win a free session. Unfortunately, the day before I was to select the winner, Facebook disabled my account. The reason, I am not sure …. I did contact them and received a notice that my activity looked like I “MAY be misusing the site”. Kinda sounds like they don’t know really either - but they did enable my account again.
I’m sorry if you’ve been waiting to find out if you’re the lucky winner…I will post the information here as well as on Facebook as soon as I am able.
