Now there is a way to earn beautiful portraits of your little ones! Host a Portrait Party event and earn credit toward your print order!

What is a Portrait Party

Portrait Parties are a fun and convenient opportunity to capture beautiful professional images of your children. The event takes place at your home or location that you and I decide upon beforehand.  Parties are a special NO SESSION FEE event. During a 15- minute session, individuals or a combination of both can be taken. Due to time and space constraints, portrait parties are not the opportune time for getting the family portrait made. Call the studio to discuss which type of session you would need to best capture your family portrait.

Earn Credit Toward your Purchase

As the hostess of a Home Portrait Party event, you earn commission credit on the amount of total print sales. This credit will be used towards your own print order. Hostess's can earn enough credit to cover the complete costs of their prints!

Requirements of the Hostess

As the Hostess, you will be required to invite a minimum of 6 guests to participate in the event, with a maximum of 12 guests. If you have less than 6 guests, then you may want to reconsider the date you've choosen to make sure you can maximize your earnings by inviting more guests. 

As stated before the Portrait Party will be held in your home or outdoor location of your choosing.  Your guest's photography sessions should be scheduled 20 minutes apart (or 3 guest per hour). Sessions are required to be scheduled consecutively. 

Your guests should feel free to arrive and leave around their reserved session time. There is no requirement for them to stay for the duration of the party. I will arrive 1-2 hours before the event to set up my photography area and equipment. Only one background will be available.  I will bring a few props, such as little chairs, ladders, stools, pillows or "boppies" for babies, etc. 

Guests will view their proofs online within one week after the event.  All print orders must be placed one week after the proofs become available to qualify toward the Hostess rewards program. Any orders placed after that time period will not apply toward the rewards program.

Each guest receives a portrait pricelist and order form at the event. It will be the Hostess's responsibility to collect all print orders from her guests during the week the proofs are online. Orders must be paid for at time order is placed.  Guest orders will then be processed and ready within three weeks. I will deliver all the orders to the hostess and she will distribute them to the guests. 

(For your information, print prices are from my regular ala carte price list. I do, however, offer a few "Portrait Portrait Party Collections" that will be included on the event price sheet.)
