Session Fees

A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the session fee is due within 5 days of booking the session to hold the date and time for you. If the retainer is not received in that time, the date/time will open for another client to reserve. N.C. sales tax will be added to the session fees.

In-studio

$125 – This includes a $75 print credit if your order is received within one week of viewing the proofs, up to 4 subjects - $15 each additional subject; 1 – 2  hours of photographer’s time and clothing and backdrop/prop changes.

On-location

$175 – This includes a $75 print credit if your order is received within one week of viewing the proofs, up to 4 subjects - $15 each additional subject; 1 – 2 hours of photographer’s time.

Mini-session

$100 – This includes a $75 print credit if your order is received within one week of viewing the proofs. In-studio only, up to 4 subjects, one backdrop, no clothing changes, includes min. of 10 proofs.

Portrait Plans

VIP Portrait Planners -- $400

Join the VIP Portrait Planners Club and receive special discounted. This is perfect for baby milestones, holiday sessions to watch how your toddler is growing, or join just to enjoy special pricing. You can come whenever you like...3 times a year - at any occasion (Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, July 4th! - whenever you'd like to capture a special occasion!) If you’d like to use the Portrait Plan for your newborn, it is recommended you come in at around 4 months (holding head up), 8 months (sitting or standing), 12 months!

·         3 Sessions over the course of 12 months

·         $50 credit each session

·         3-image storyboard (1 image from each session)

·         10% off a la carte pricing

Belly & Baby Session --$200

$200  - this is a double session set, specifically designed for expecting parents. Come in for a 1 hour maternity session, then follow up with a newborn session (up to 2 hours) after your little one arrives. Maternity sessions are best scheduled around 32-36 weeks. Newborn sessions should be scheduled as early as possible either days or up to 3 weeks of the baby's birth.

The fee also includes a set of custom designed birth announcements and a $50 print credit that can be used at the newborn session.

Gifts

Brag Books

Would you like one of EVERYTHING!? These small, spiral bound albums contain one of every image from your session. They fit in most purses! Grandma loves them to show off her grandbabies!

Only available when purchasing a collection for $125 or after a $300 a la carte enlargement order for $165

DVD Slideshow

Only available when purchasing a collection for $150 or after a $300 a la carte enlargement order for $175. Your session images are set to music and provided to you on DVD so you can watch any time you like on your home television. The DVD comes complimentary with and order totaling $500 or more.

Albums

Leather Albums

These albums contain either 20 or 40 of your session’s images. These are finished images in a leather, heirloom-quality album. It is a beautiful keepsake for a special milestone in your child’s life.

20 page 5x7 leather session album $360;   40-page 5x7 leather session album $450

Custom Magazine-Style Albums

These albums custom designed storybook-style albums.  Joy will design the album with as many images from your session as she can, arranging them in the most aesthetic way possible. The available album sizes are: 5x5, 8x8, 10x10. The fee includes one set of change requests. Additional changes will incur a $30/hr re-design fee.

Framing

This is based on print size, frame style, and matting options. Come to the studio for a personalized frame consultation, to see samples and have a specific estimate provided.
